Dimensions: 53 by 21.5 inches. We recommend planning for a footprint of five feet by two feet for easy access.
Planting tray: 33 in. from the floor.
Range of light hood adjustment: 12 in. to 36 in. above the rim of the planting tray (40 inches above the floor of the planting tray). Lights can be positioned from approximately 8 inches to 32 inches above the soil when using 8 inch flower pots.
Lights: Six full spectrum 4' T5 high output (HO) 54 watt 5000 lumen full spectrum fluorescent grow lights are included: 3 red balanced and 3 blue balanced. Switches allow two, four, or six lights to be turned on. The lights are easily and individually replaceable. The light hood is compatible with fluorescent grow lights or LED lights labeled as 'direct replacement' for high output (HO) 54 watt fluorescent fixtures.
Timer: Remote control 24 hour, 7 day programmable timer. Lights can be set to turn on and off at the same time each day or advanced users can simulate seasonal changes in sunrise and sunset times starting on any day of the year in any region of North America. Lights can be temporarily switched on or off using the remote control.
Planting Area: The inside of the planting tray measures 47 inches by 13 inches. The tray is 4 inches deep.
Knee Room Below Planting Tray: 30 inches on left and right side of drain pan, 27.5 inches below drain pan. Contact us if more knee room is needed for a gardener with a disability.
